Hello friends! I believe that everyone has a story. When we take the TIME to LISTEN it is most often valuable time spent. Each of us has an incredibly unique set of experiences. In the world of Real Estate I have taken my own, very unique set of experiences and created a Value Proposition for you, my customers, my clients and my friends.

Street Smart: 

I was fortunate enough to spend almost 20 years of my adult life teaching, coaching, mentoring and preparing individuals for success. From the late 80's to the mid 2000's I was gifted with an opportunity to develop many successful entrepreneurs through my direct sales business's. Teaching individuals how to sell themselves and then a product, door to door, 100 doors per day, 90 "NO's" per day was not easy. I also performed an unimaginable number of one on one interviews looking for talent........25,000+ interviews that offered me an amazing insight into how people operate in all sorts of conditions.

Market Smart: 

For the better part of the past 10 years I have made it a point to understand the market. Using all tools available and personally previewing at least 10 homes per week, I have kept myself sharp and on the leading edge of my markets trends and future opportunities.

Standards Smart: 

Being a Father of two beautiful young adults, a leader in my community, and a requested coach and public speaker, there is never a time that I am unprepared. I will never be late. I will always be early. I can always be reached. My communication skills are second to no one. I always operate with a D.W.I.T attitude.......Do Whatever It Takes!
